Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer — that was used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

2.3 Transaction Validity

Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is identified, bj baj reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, place a hold on it.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, bets worth ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

3.2 Other Promotions

The terms of each bonus and promotional offer are stated separately alongside that offer. Bonus funds are not equivalent to cash — they cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met. bj baj reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, coordinated betting, or exploiting the bonus system by any other means will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

5.2 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated as a set percentage of the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). The maximum cashback rates are: Bronze 0.4%, Silver 0.8%, Gold 1.1% and Platinum 1.5%. For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback.

5.3 Changes to VIP Terms

bj baj reserves the right to change the benefits and tier conditions of the VIP program. Members will be notified in good time before any changes take effect.
